We currently ship to all locations within North America. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of this region.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional terms or for orders exceeding a specific threshold (details will be displayed during checkout).

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Expedited shipping: 2-7 Business Days (varies by location).

Shipping Liability

  • Damages During Transit: Generation Collectibles is not liable for any damages that occur during transit. We recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance, if available, to protect your order.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim. We will assist you in providing necessary documentation.

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure the shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Special Considerations

  • Pre-Orders: Items purchased as pre-orders will ship as specified in the product description.

  • Multiple Items: Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
